About us

The First Republic café and restaurant is located in the Hotel Continental, the history of which dates back to 1895.

The building has a unique location in the historical centre of Plzeň with a view of Křižík Park. The Café & Restaurant offer cosy seating for up to 150 guests, with a flexible floor plan for a wide variety of events.

The culinary team offers modern renditions of Czech cuisine as well as international dishes in their authentic form. Guests can enjoy delicious dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. An experienced barista prepares coffee with a Viennese flare, and the relaxing atmosphere is enhanced by a piano, which guests are welcome to play.
